Victory Park Academy is an Alternative Provision (AP) that serves students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who often face barriers to learning in mainstream settings. The Vocational Teacher plays a key role in providing high-quality vocational education, ensuring that students who may have experienced disruption in their education receive a tailored, engaging curriculum that helps them overcome challenges, achieve academic success, and develop life skills.

This role involves not only vocational teaching, but also pastoral support, behaviour management, and collaboration with external agencies to ensure students’ needs are fully met. The postholder will help bridge gaps in education, restore confidence, and provide opportunities for students to thrive in a structured yet nurturing environment.

Salary: MPR 1 -6 plus SEN point
